Returns Policy

  1. We are committed to offering to our clients the best cosmetic products available. If the client believes that the products he or she has received do not meet his or her expectations, pursuant to Article 71 of the Consumer Law, he or she has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within seven (7) business days following the receipt of the products.
  2. The client can notify his or her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending us an email at with details about the pertinent product.
  3. We will then send him or her an authorisation number and a confirmation by email.
  4. In case the client returns a product not because it is defective or because it was incompletely or incorrectly delivered, he or she should arrange and pay for the return of the product.
  5. Should the client exercise his or her right of withdrawal, we promise to refund the client the full market price of the product(s) within thirty (30) days following the date when we received the right of withdrawal as long as the product or products are returned unused and without any damage, having been maintained and handled with care and attention, within seven (7) business days upon its delivery. Refunds will only be done through the credit card that was originally used by the client. The client will be notified by email when the refund has been finalised.
  6. We strongly recommend returning the package by certified delivery service (which requires a signature upon being delivered). We cannot be held responsible for returned products that are lost in transit.
  7. The above procedures and requirements are only applicable to purchases made on the Internet. Products that are bought in an establishment will be subject to the corresponding Returns Policy of each establishment. Returns or exchange of purchases made in a retail store cannot be returned or exchanged at Purchases made on the Internet will not be accepted for return or exchange in a retail establishment either.
